Acer announces its new notebooks and monitors

The CES 2015 is kicking off this week and the different companies are starting to present some of its main products for this year. This edition looks set to be a lot oriented to the sector of the presentations portable and high-end hardware high end. Acer has been one of the first companies to announce new products, and so far has already released monitors and laptops, including a Chrome book noted for its size.

The new Acer Chrome book 15 is one of the largest on the market, logically measuring 15 inches, when most of these teams really are between 11 and 12 inches. Chrome book screen 15 is obviously a Full HD and available processors belong to the Intel Core M. Acer also announced a line similar to this but slightly smaller model, which will have a 13.3-inch screen and will also make Using a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, highlighted by carrying within it a Nvidia Tegra processor K1 instead of one of Intel. The 15-inch model will have a Core i3 or Celeron next generation, according to choice. The company says the laptop will weigh “only” 2.2 kilograms, which is not exactly lightweight. So far have not revealed details of the price of these new laptops nor knows when they will be available.

Recall that the Chrome book are often seen as small machines (11 or 12 inches) and weighing less than 1.5 kilograms, so we must be attentive to see how it is received this new model turns out to be not only bigger but also quite heavy.

Following the news, we have to share with you two new monitors geared for gamers. The first of these is the Acer XB270HU featuring G-Sync and 2K, nothing unusual indeed. The model looks really steals is the XG270HU they are seeing in the picture above, which by the way has a very thin bezel and has a very striking design. This model supports HDMI 2.0, has a technology called ComfyView that helps reduce insomnia caused by traditional monitors and unlike his cousin does not have G-Sync. The latter is a new display technology that NVIDIA has developed to compete with AMD FreeSync, and increasingly looks at the gamer monitors.

Another laptop Acer has unveiled at CES 2015 is an enhanced version of Aspire V Nitro a 17-inch laptop that is geared for gamers, though we recorder that their specifications are not hardcore. This equipment includes a GTX 860M graphics card and a Core i7-4710HQ processor, now incorporating RealSense a new 3D camera, which can make 3D scans of objects that are in front of it, and it can also be used in conjunction with some 3D printers. It is a laptop that attracts attention, but many doubt it will succeed in the market because gamers are not interested in a camera of this type after all, but the hardware found inside the notebook.
